What are your requirements before I apply?

In order to become part of the ILY community you need to meet these requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Live in our catchment areas

ILYinc.com provides information and tools to help care seekers and care providers connect and make informed decisions and also ongoing training materials and resources along the way. All Providers have been thoroughly vetted by Ily,inc prior to onboarding onto the platform, this includes background checks, reference checks, confirmed CPR and First-aid Certification and more. Nevertheless, each individual is solely responsible for selecting an appropriate care provider or care seeker for themselves or their families and for complying with all applicable laws in connection with any employment relationship they establish.
